Recipe:
3 Cups Fresh Ground Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 C Olive Oil
1/2 Ice Water
Filling:
3 Pounds sliced and peeled Granny Smith Apples
1 1/2 C Agave Nectar
4 Cardamon Pods (Fresh Ground)
1 Cinnamon Stick (Fresh Ground)
3 Whole Cloves (Fresh Ground)
Pinch of Salt
Juice of one lemon
Bake for 45 minutes on 350 degrees
