    Thankyou so much for your story, its very inspiring and gives me great hope. I too want to take a natural approach and I’m just wondering what magnesium/calcium liquid you took?

    • I purchased several different brands over the years. Mostly we keep a bottle of liquid cal/mag in the fridge at all times. Most health food stores carry good brands. I add it to shakes or just drink it plain if I am feeling any pain. It immediately calms and nourishes. The magnesium makes the calcium more assimilable.
