Gardening 2013: Summer Squash

We did a huge garden project today!

Two hours of work and we had 2 loaves of Zuchinni Bread, 12 Muffins, 10 Quarts of Summer Squash for the freezer, and 3 pints of Salsa.

Oh, and I also made Oatmeal for breakfast and chicken enchiladas amd rice for supper…whew, off to Little Shop rehearsal.
