Two hours of work and we had 2 loaves of Zuchinni Bread, 12 Muffins, 10 Quarts of Summer Squash for the freezer, and 3 pints of Salsa.
Oh, and I also made Oatmeal for breakfast and chicken enchiladas amd rice for supper…whew, off to Little Shop rehearsal.
I love working with my family in the kitchen.
It was fun!
