Feta cheese

A huge bin of fresh Spinach

1 tsp Salt

1 cup of melted butter

1 purple onion

1 peeled and grated carrot

1 diced red pepper

1 cup cottage cheese

6 eggs

Zest and juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste
